FleetLink is an intelligent data processing and transmission system for remotely monitoring and managing equipment fleets. It puts fleet information at your fingertips so you can manage machines using the system's insights.
Connected fleet information supports more efficient, proactive management, helping save time and money.
FleetLink connectivity hardware is integrated with the controller of your compressor, generator or pump. SmartBox or CoreBox monitors operating parameters and sends them to your account, where the data is displayed for straightforward review and monitoring.
Once connected, you can monitor machine information. Hardware options and Connect, Core or Smart subscriptions let you select the information you need. Data is available through the FleetLink platform or an API.

If your equipment already has SmartBox or CoreBox, contact the service centre to activate a subscription. Older equipment may be connected using a SmartBox or CoreBox retrofit kit, installed by you or a technician. See the retrofit options on this page.
Available data depends on three factors: machine sensors and controller, connectivity hardware (CoreBox or SmartBox), and the Connect, Core or Smart subscription.

SmartBox communicates with the machine controller to read multiple sensor values and equipment states. It also records GPS location.
CoreBox does not communicate with the machine controller. It uses voltage and a digital input to monitor operating hours and a basic alarm signal, and includes GPS for location reporting. SmartBox communicates with the controller and can therefore provide more detailed machine status information.
CoreBox counts operating hours while it is powered on and records GPS location, without communicating with the equipment controller.
Core and Smart subscriptions can enable the API service to send FleetLink information to your own system. FleetLink supports 2 API types: AEMP 2.0, an ISO-compliant telematics format, and an extended API using the same format and logic to provide additional information.
The price depends on the subscription. There are 3 options: Connect, Core and Smart. Connect and Core support compatible telematics hardware; Smart requires SmartBox. Contact a service centre for a quotation.

The terms described provide automatic renewal for 12 months unless the customer tells Atlas Copco they do not wish to renew. The renewal date is the day after the current subscription expires. Confirm the applicable terms in your agreement.
CoreBox and SmartBox use cellular networks and require coverage at the operating location. The hardware described here supports 4G (LTE-M1), NB-IoT or 2G for CoreBox, and 3G or 2G for SmartBox. Check hardware version and local network availability before ordering.
SmartBox retrofit kits include hardware with a SIM card, cables and antennas, plus an initial 1-year subscription for FleetLink portal and/or API access. Renewal after 1 year is separate from the retrofit kit.
