Atlas Copco LMS impact wrenches

Industrial assembly and disassembly

LMS impact wrenches

For fast tightening and disassembly in demanding industrial environments. The impact mechanism provides a high power-to-weight ratio. The grease-retaining system supports the mechanism between service intervals.

Impact mechanism · non-shut-off

Selection criteria: Select working torque, square drive size and impact socket.

Atlas Copco LBR ratchet wrenches

Restricted access

LBR ratchet wrenches

For tightening and loosening fasteners in confined spaces. The compact ratchet head reaches joints where conventional tools cannot fit. Reversible operation is provided.

Compact head · reversible

Selection criteria: Provide the fastener size, photos and access dimensions.

Atlas Copco PRO impact wrenches

PRO impact wrenches

Robust tools for service and installation work. The range includes compact pistol models and larger straight versions. The impact mechanism is designed for fast rundown and tightening.

Pistol and straight versions

Selection criteria: Compare the working torque range, weight and drive size.

Atlas Copco PRO pneumatic screwdrivers

PRO · assembly operations

PRO pneumatic screwdrivers

Straight and pistol models for screw joints. Shut-off, slip-clutch and direct-drive versions are available; select the version to suit the application and duty cycle.

Various clutches · various starting methods

Selection criteria: Specify the fastener, torque and number of operations per shift.

Atlas Copco PRO W26 pneumatic ratchet wrenches

PRO · confined spaces

PRO W26 pneumatic ratchet wrenches

Lightweight reversible ratchets with composite housings for service, equipment repair and assembly. Variable speed control helps manage operation in confined spaces.

Reversible · variable speed control

Selection criteria: Select the square drive size and required working torque.

02 / Selection guide

Start with the task, then identify the part number

Use this table to narrow your options. The final selection depends on joint parameters and operating conditions.

03 / Practical questions

Before choosing a pneumatic tool

How do impact and pulse tools differ?

LMS and PRO impact wrenches use an impact mechanism for assembly and disassembly. ErgoPulse tools use a pulse mechanism; ShutOff versions feature automatic shut-off. For critical joints, both the mechanism and verification of the tightening result matter.

What does ShutOff mean?

Automatic shut-off when the set torque is reached. Non-shut-off versions do not include this function. They can be considered for pre-tightening followed by verification to meet process requirements.

What compressed-air information is required?

Provide the pressure available during operation, hose length and diameter, and air-line equipment. Air consumption, treatment and lubrication requirements must be checked in the documentation for the specific model.

How do I select a tool for a confined space?

Include photos of the joint, the fastener size and available dimensions. This helps compare an LTV angle head, an LBR or PRO W26 ratchet design, and the required socket.

Do all tools in a series have the same specifications?

No. Torque, speed, weight, output drive and starting method depend on the specific version. The Atlas Copco specifications link on each card opens the relevant Atlas Copco product family.

How do I obtain a price and delivery time?

Send the operation description or a known part number using the form below. Model, configuration, supply availability, lead time and service terms are confirmed for your enquiry.

Is there an operation you want to improve?
Specify the fastener, required torque and cycles per shift. If the parameters are unknown, start by describing the task.

Frequently asked questions

Can you select a solution without an exact part number?

Yes. Start with the operation, fastener, torque range, cycle time and control requirements. The part number is determined after technical clarification.

Is a demonstration or test available?

A demonstration or test can be agreed after assessing the application and checking the configuration and equipment availability.

How are the price and lead time determined?

After defining the model, controller, fixtures, software and service scope. Price, delivery time, warranty and service terms are recorded in the quotation.
